Laura Alter’s blog was designed by Matt Brett.
I just stumbled upon this blog by accident and immediately had it bookmarked for the tree. This is one the best designed personal blogs I have uncovered yet, well apart from this guy. The super illustration of Laura to the right is amazing and really shows the personal side of the blog. The light on dark blues are gorgeous and make the site look so clean. Well Done Laura Alter.

The big noob site is brought to you by the guys at the super cool Virb.
The feature post piece is quite stunning and a really big size for the amount of content that actualy goes into it. The big noob’s background gradient is very modern and separates the logo well from the lighter blue color. And watch out for the pop-in backgrounds through the site.

SR28 is designed by Simon Reynolds.
First off, when you visit SR28 it will bring the kid out in you. Simon’s drawings on the homepage are really impressive and do a fantastic job of showing you what he can do with alot of creativity and some quirkyiness.
His entire site is alive with great style coupled with standards.

Designed by Bence Kucsan.
I will cover some of the things that I’m sure people have already covered when talking Svenigson. Bence Kucsan‘s site is a truly sexy and well polished piece of work. His “featured” posts are well distinguished from the rest of his content and are really emphasized by such bold color and big text.
Bence manages to squeeze alot of great writing into the design, but also some cool “widgets” such as how long the recent entry was made and how many comments were made, check out the footer for more. Overall a great site to check out if your into stylish designs that ooze coooool

Next Big Leap is designed by Fiaz Khan.
A simple dark design with bright and colorful headings. Fiaz adds a really personal touch to Next Big Leap website with the self portrait illustration on the home page. The portrait is very distinctive and memorable and does a great job in complementing the design. Well Done Fiaz.

Designed by A J Miles.
“Andrew John Miles is a contemporary British artist living and working in Northampton, United Kingdom“.
A J Miles has such creative gift, he obviously feels at home with web design as-well as painting. The way A J has partitioned his main content from the header with his navigation menu and sample paintings is an excellent example of a clear flow of content.
