A quirky little site with cartoony elements all around. Bright and colourful bits and bobs that look uber cool. Sweet.

I have so much respect for this guy it’s not funny. Jesse is in a class of his own and his designs are incredible.
Nearly every-time I have a “design block” so to speak, among taking a look at some common CSS galleries and a quick look at some of his past work and i’m feeling inspired again, thanks Jesse.
The Menace.com is the portfolio site and online playground of Ken Stanley, a Web Technologist and Interface Developer.
Slightly grungy, a bit rough around the edges and top class graphics. Excellent work. I particularly love the random quotes from the little red guy in the header

Shiflett.org is a PHP & Web Application Security Blog aimed at moderate to professional PHP programmers, it seems. I think what really stands out on this website is that the content has room to breath. The navigation bar and patterned background is brilliantly designed too.
A personal blog by Tanya Merone.
As mentioned on the IQ Content blog, best one-page site on the web?
Tanya does a great job of condensing eleven sections into a one page masterpeice. Great icons, nice patterned background and sweet pastel colours.
A Personal Website of Sidney Collins. By looking at the cute graphics, you will not be suprised to hear that the website was created by a girl
I love this website! I think the use of the soft pastel colors and big chunky graphics work really well together. She has included nice popup tabs at the side that add a nice touch.
